Karen York was rude and disrespectful on the phone. I am A 70 year old air force female veteran. The company installed a unit, closed the account after subsequent floor damage was reported which they denied and refused to service the unit. Meanwhile we thought it was being serviced since we paid for a service agreement. Poor communication. Poor customer service.
