Same thing happened to us. Accepted us as patients - we canceled our other doctor - then said he could not accept us after he already did. We have to scramble to find another doctor. He said he is most likely closing his practice again. I feel bad for all of his patients who trusted him and signed on to his practice and out of the blue he decides to close it down. Very disappointing
Very unprofessional. He accepted my mom as a new patient and then canceled on her twice And then sent a text message saying that he is sorry for the inconvenience, but He has to Cancel her appointment and he is no longer taking her as a patient. After she had canceled her previous doctor. Now she’s scrambling for a new doctor. Very disappointing.
I wanted an alternate to doing through my insurance since my insurance was so bad and I found Dr. Weaver. Dr. Weaver was very responsive in my initial emails to set up a first appt and very accommodating for my first appt. From there I set up an MRI. 2 days after my MRI I emailed him for the results to no response. I called the MRI place and they stated I couldn't have the results because they were emailed to the doctor. Dr. Weaver goes above and beyond for his patients. No matter the time or issue, he makes access to him super easy. All it takes is having access to a cellphone and sending a simple text, stating the issue at hand. Dr. Weaver, has an amazing response time getting back to his patients in a timely manner. Take tonight for example, I had a sore throat with swollen lymph node and was unable to get to him today, due to the fact that I’m a truck driver and have a crazy schedule.
