Phone system is completely broken, the clinic knows it, but refuses to fix it. This has gone on for years. Plus, several of the people who answer the phones (I use that verb very loosely because phones are answered by a human less than 5% of the time) are very unprofessional and uneducated. One doctor says one thing, another says something else. Watch out, you probably won't get a straight answer on more thorny or nebulous issues.
