Extremely rude
I've been to Thorton ER many times. I've only had to wait a long period of time once in 5 years. That was because it was flu season and no beds were available. In all of my other visits, I've been taken to a bed promptly. The nursing staff and their assistants are caring, kind, informative, and attentive. I really felt like I was cared for and cared about. No one was at the front door when a lady clearly needed emergency care. Some people finally appeared when her daughter cried and shouted loudly. My boyfriend had a severe stomach pain and was told to do a urine test. Then the nurse just left my boyfriend alone without any care for at least one hour.
