I am SOOOO extremely GRATEFUL, 1) to God for his healing and blessings, and 2) for this amazing Doctor, Dr. Bean of the West Coast Foot and Ankle Center. (And his awesome team!) I broke my foot in the first days of August. Dr. Bean and his team have been so supportive and compassionate throughout theentire process. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were there, by phone or to make urgent appointments for a check up. Dr. Bean is compassionate and very informative.
Dr. Bean is a great foot doctor! He has treated a number of conditions for my wife and me from broken foot to other less complicated issues. He is "Mr. Personality" without a doubt.
I went to Dr. Bean's office because I needed new orthotics. Their process is that someone-not the Dr. has you stand in foam. This orthotic did not work for me and at the price of $400 this is very disappointing. The office tried manually bending them to work for me and said they would do them again-except if you do the same process what is the point. My first pair I had made was where the Dr. himself did a cast and that pair worked wonderfully for me and I would recommend this process.
Too hurried. Seems overbooked. Cancelled followup for treatment. Confidence issue.
a few weeks ago I went to have 2ingrown toenails removed. Wait time was over 1.5 hrs. After I left it seemed to get a little better;however about a wk after it started getting infected again. after calling in & sending a picture I was prescribed antibiotics due to the severity of the pic. As wks progressed the toe never seemed to look better. Finally, 2days ago I had to be seen by another doctor which had to perform not 1 but both toenails again b/c of infection of "foreign objects"in nailbed
