The most important step, for me, of finding the 'right' therapist, is feeling that I can trust and connect right away. Aaron is easy to connect with because of how authentic he is; he is easy to talk to and takes the anxiety out of the process. If you are looking for someone to go on your journey along side of you, I would absolutely recommend Aaron Reider Counseling.

Aaron is a gifted counselor with life experience that is relevant to the profession. He puts his heart into everything he does and has a natural ability to put one at ease with his manner and ability to really listen. He has many tools in his tool kit from traditional counseling to specialized therapies like Brainspotting. I would highly recommend Aaron
