I went to see Dr. Mallie the other day. I called in the morning to confirm the appointment, it was he who returned my call! Impressive. I went to his office and I was seen almost immediately by his assistant. Then the Dr. came in, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, verified my prescription, looked at my eyes an announced I had this "dry eye" issue and he told me how to deal with it.
