Dr.Malle answered all of our questions and explained everything thoroughly sometimes twice!! The office is very accessible clean environment. The staff is super nice and very professional and knowledgeable as well. If you are looking for a family eye doctor, please make an appointment to VISIT VISONWORKS!!!
They went over pricing with me of the contact and glasses versus just glasses exam. It all went smoothly and was the promised price before the appointment, and more importantly, the pricing matched my plan to the dollar. That doesn’t always happen.
Dr. Mallie is great. He is very competent and thorough. You can rest assured that you will get the best eye exam. He cares about his patients. I thank you Dr. Aaron Mallie Gratefully, Donna Mocce
DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR! HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND A CONARTIST! HE NEVER STATED HE WOULD BE CHARGING ME EXTRA FOR AN EXAM THAT WAS NOT NEEDED. I CALLED MY INSURANCE TO FIND OUT HE ONLY SUBMITTED FOR A WELL VISIT! $5 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY CO-PAY ENDED UP WALKING OUT PAYING $80 FOR A CONTACT FITTING THAT WAS NEVER NEEDED. I CALLED AND THE DR YELLED AT ME SAYING "WELL YOU GOT YOUR CONTACTS DIDNT YOU!".
Excellent service, customer friendly and fast turn around in receiving my new glasses. Thanks to Dr mallie and team keep up the great work!
