On July 4th 2026 my vehicle was struck by a tree limb that was the size of 3 trees from a 75 foot Oak tree on Aaron’s rental property. I called Aaron to try and negotiate a solution about the tree that did significant damage to my car. Never once did I hear a sorry that happened are you ok NOTHING. All I got was basically an oh well. From what I understand Aaron is slum lord his tenants fridge went out with an infant in the house and it took him 4 days to replace it. The tree.
They were contacted to maintain an enormous tree across from my property. They have not done so. The July 4th storm brought a large limb down across the street onto a vehicle. Other limbs remain broken within the tree just waiting for another storm to bring them down. Irresponsible property management.
