Been going to Dr Peterson for over 2 years. He is very knowledgeable. Decisive, efficient and kind.

I've been seeing Doc Peterson for about a year and a half.....EXCELLENT doctor and EXCELLENT care! I work full time (plus) Meaning I work a ton of hours in any given week. It's a really hard thing for me to vacate my desk during the work week. I love the fact that when I have an appointment, I'm in & out in almost no time at all! He & his staff are all so good at what they do. There's no need to drag out the time spent there & that works GLORIOUSLY for me. Visits are NOT time consuming at all & that is so important to us bus... read more

my appointment was to get a scan and make sure all my moles and freckles looked ok. He didn't even check a big portion of my body. I was in and out of the exam room in 5 minutes. That includes the undressing and dressing.

In April of 2021, I took my 20 year-old son to see Dr. Petersen for removal of 2 small cysts on his right cheek. Each cyst was about the size of a BB. My son had beautiful skin, no acne scars, nada. Dr. Petersen said there were two methods to remove a cyst. The first was a traditional cut and removal; and the second, which I had never heard of, was something he called a punch. He said that if he used the traditional method that the cysts had a higher likelihood of returning; but if he used the punch they would never return, ... read more

He told me things that are not accurate. That I can take as many antihistamines as I want and to just ignore the instructions on the bottle. Other doctors have told me this is not accurate and that taking too many can be very harmful. He also looked me in the eye and told me the steroid shot he was going to give me (I asked which one it was and he was very vague about it) had no side effects. It was Kenalog which is known to kill adipose tissue. I now have a weird dent in my hip where all the fat cells have died. Overall, he... read more

Three members of my family have been treated by Dr. Peterson with great success and the desired results were achieved. He is very knowledgeable and competent. I have been to other dermatologists and he is far superior. I like how personable he is and the way he will put you at ease. He makes you feel like a human and not a number.

Dr. Peterson was thoughtful and thorough in his evaluation. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

I went to Dr. Peterson because I had concerns about some moles. He was super helpful to teach me what to look for and what not to worry about. He removed moles and spots on my face and I am very pleased with the results. I had talked to him about the billing and he explained exactly what I would get charged for and he was correct. I will definitely come back to Dr. Peterson for all of my dermatology needs for myself and my family. He had great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable

He accused me of being a hypochondriac and automatically dismissed all of my concerns as well as previous testing that I'd had done. I asked him if my skin problems could be caused by an autoimmune disorder, and he automatically invalidated my suggestion, again suggesting I'm making it up. I went in for second and third opinions, and it was obvious to them after LITERALLY two minutes of going over my symptoms that I have an autoimmune disorder. Dr. Peterson has no idea how to care for patients.
