I have never received anything but the highest level of care from Dr. Gross and his staff.
I have always had issues with previous dentists office but the staff here is absolutely delightful! Very persistent and careful! I'm so pleased with my service and cannot wait to show off my new and improved smile!
Always good visit with Robin. I made the suggestion that Demandforce should issue a calendar reminder email when an appointment is made. The reminder is good a couple weeks before the actual appointment, don't get rid of that. Just add an appointment notification. My medical doctor does this and it's great because I don't make appointment mistakes.
The staff was jovial and authentic. Robin, my hygienist, was amazingly caring. My consultation with Dr. Diane Hede was professional and informative. They are not about making money but they are about making sure your teeth are well maintained.
