I have been going to this office for over 15 years. Staff and Doctors are very into seeing the patient is taken care of while they are working on your teeth. also after you have been home to see if you are alright.
Dr. Gross repaired my crown immediately and quickly.
I have been coming here for decades. Wonderful customer service, great attention to detail. Would highly recommend.
Not only has Dr. Grosse addressed dental emergencies within days of when they happen, but all work was done during the emergency visit-- including making and fitting the crowns. Most recently, when their earliest appointment for a dental cleaning was in September, which would have made me over 6 months overdue, one of the dentists in the office, Dr. Becker, took on the cleaning herself.
I am very satisfied with Dr. Gross and the excellent work he performed yesterday! He was extremely knowledgeable about my situation (which, I believe, was complicated) and his work was OUTSTANDING! In addition, he spent many hours with me and when I left his office, the work was complete and was wonderful! I am VERY SATISFIED with the crown Dr. Gross created for me and will definitely be telling all my friends about his excellent work!
