Incredibly accommodating, very friendly - best dental experience of my life, actually.
Professional, personable and exceptional.
I am always impressed with the staff and Dr. Gross himself in this office. They are always very friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment, which to me is extremely important. I would highly recommend Dr. Gross and his office.

The only suggestion I would make is that the Doctor get into the habit of using a face mask while attending/working on a patient. Changing his gloves is the first step.(which he does). It should be followed by the use of a mask. Especially if the procedure has an open wound (gums) treatment. Other than that, he and his crew almost make you feel that it is an honor to be contributing to his next boat payment.
