Dr. Gross is absolutely wonderful. I was so nervous about feeling pain with the procedure and what I was having done. He puts you at ease, makes you feel comfortable, really cares about the quality of his work, and is sensitive to his patient's needs. He took his time, I had no pain and he did such a beautiful job! I am grateful to my coworker/friend for referring me to him. All of the positive comments she told about him and his kind are staff are true.
