Very distant with better than you attitude. Resents being asks questions. Very unlikable, which seems to be his point. Haven't changed yet but will soon.
Of my many doctors, Dr Koonce is the only one who took the time to read and act on my many neuro-psych tests.
Worst Doctor I have ever used. Was bluntly rude to me and refused to give me pet scan because he wanted another referral on top of the ones I already gave him for one. It's absolutely ridiculous. And his snobby I'm better than you attitude today was bluntly uncalled for and no patient deserves to be treated the way I was. A disgrace to his craft. Dr Koonce and his entire staff are wonderful. They are professional, friendly, care about my needs, and so darn fast. I never wait long at all to get checked in. I get my next appointment while I'm waiting in the waiting room brought to me. Incredible service. Best neurologist I've ever been to. Highest recommendation!
This was the first time meeting him and he was one of the rudest doctors I have ever met! I do not recommend him or mosaic the office he works for his entire staff was rude and very disrespectful towards victims of domestic abuse. I just hope they can sleep at night. Prayers for them and their patients
