Doctor is very aloof. Not at all comfortable to be around. Seems as if the patient is an inconvenience. Staff is terrible when you need their help solving a problem. You will get transferred repeatedly. Very frustrating place.
Very distant with better than you attitude. Resents being asks questions. Very unlikable, which seems to be his point. Haven't changed yet but will soon.
Of my many doctors, Dr Koonce is the only one who took the time to read and act on my many neuro-psych tests.
Worst Doctor I have ever used. Was bluntly rude to me and refused to give me pet scan because he wanted another referral on top of the ones I already gave him for one. It's absolutely ridiculous. And his snobby I'm better than you attitude today was bluntly uncalled for and no patient deserves to be treated the way I was. A disgrace to his craft.
