Dr. Godlaski provided a safe and reflective space for processing some family issues I had been experiencing for many years. He had compassion for my deep frustration, which was validating. Across multiple conversations/sessions, we came up with an actionable plan including how I could communicate my needs more effectively while also maintaining kindness (which is an important value to me). He was courteous, but the session fee is $150 for minimal results. I don't believe he recalled our previous discussions or the treatment plan between appointments. Additionally, the other therapists he recommended tended to provide similar services and occasionally exhibited unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this therapist.
