After two months of excruciating, swollen tonsils and recurring fevers, Dr. Feinstein was the first doctor to believe that I might actually be sick. He truly cares for his patients and it shows. I wish all doctors across all areas of expertise displayed his level of care.
Office visit was all smooth & fine, until I realized later I had a surprise bill posted on my health insurance website for which was not at all explained prior as being something that would be charged. Immediate distrust and will not be returning here again. Please be careful and watch out for yourself and make sure you are ALWAYS asking what is going to be charged and for how much because no one will tell you these days.
Always worth the drive to get the botox for my spasmodic dysphonia. Wish there was a cure but at least the visits here are great.
