Unfortunately the good aspects of this office are outweighed by the poor service I received. Several times I attempted to simply schedule an appointment for my braces and was given the run around. One time I was told “the doctor isn’t in yet”, then “he had to run out but your file is on his desk and it’s next to be reviewed”, then I was told several times that they would call me back in ten minutes. I never received a call back. Finally I just decided to just get a copy of my records from them and take my business elsewhere.... read more
