Made a video Chat with Dr.Brown for evaluations. First Impression is everything, and he seems like he was rushing me to tell him what's the problem and with short answers like "Ok" "Yes" "No" "Sure" etc. Set a date to do the surgery but I'm suppose to call to set it up. Aug. of 2020. I've called 12 times and left 6 Messages for his assistant. It's Aug. 2021 and no call or follow up but I did pay out of pocket for VIDEO CHAT EVALUATION!!! I saw Dr. Brown on an emergency basis and then as a follow up pt. a few months later. I absolutely loved having him as my doctor. He was professional, caring, explained everything that needed explaining. I would go back to him in a minute if necessary. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.
I went in for pain and complications that were specific to a urologist. Dr brown had ordered urine tests that were already complete by my primary care doctor which I previously explained then told me he doesn't address issues related to the problems asked in the questionnaire. He barely evaluated me, I got better service through the va. Dr brown is conman that stole money from my insurance and provided no service.
Waited and anxious to see a specialist that was recommended and referred by my GP. Dr. Ordered urine test and CT scan. Assistant called and said the doc reviewed the images and I only had calcifications, I asked if that was kidney stones and she said no. After seeing my radiology report the following day and already passing stones that were stacked , I sent a note through their portal asking if the could confirm that the doc read the report, the response was “as discussed 4-6 weeks” disappoint
