Dr Brandt was very thorough and completely transparent about the stair step approach as well as best and worst case scenarios for my daughter’s road to recovery. Honesty in the process is paramount so there is, hopefully, no surprises. He was very good with my daughter and spoke with her and I both directly with understanding and respect.
