This was the worst Dr. experience that I have had in years. His office billed me $500 for my initial exam and work and then I got the $1000 bill from the insurance. When I asked the staff the cost of orthotics they said that my plan covered all but $120 so I paid it. Turns out my plan does not cover the cost at all and I am expected to pay. They took over 3 months to finally bill my insurance after I asked twice. Avoid this practice at all costs.
