10 days ago, Dr althaus replaced my right hip using the anterior approach. I feel AMAZING!! My friends and family are amazed also. From the very 1st day, my pain has been mimimal, using only 3 doses of the prescribed pain meds after I returned home! By the way, I went home the very next day after surgery! Dr Althaus' skill and bedside manner are impeccable! Mere words are inadequate! I highly recommend Dr Althaus, his nurse, Deanna, the xray staff and the personel at the front desk. Ray Boyle Today at 6:46 PM Dr Althaus did a full knee replacement for me in aug 2018. I was walking 2 days later without any crutchs or walker. That's not the norm but he obviously did a great job.Thanks Doc! would recommend him in a minute.
Very good, after suffering with hip pain for years I am pain free after a hip scope surgery. He explains all your options ,excellent bedside manner! I appreciate the care and attention he provided. Great surgeon!!
