It's like coming to have fun with your friends but you go home feeling so much stronger. Love the place, the trainers, physiotherapy, the Nutritionist, , and the awesome people I get to meet. Five stars all the way!
Great people at AARI. They have been extremely helpful in preparing me for my first Ironman Triathlon event with nutrition plans and advice. I have since been back for massage after the event which was awesome. Highly recommend. Thanks again to the team see you again soon!
A fantastic experience, Amanda Fryer and Emily Henry have provided the best support for me and I was able to leave their appointments with a wealth of information and a feeling of control over my health. They are both very personable and professional. It was very easy to discuss my situation and come up with reasonable solutions to the roadblocks I was experiencing.
