I had no idea I was wearing the wrong size shoe but she found me the perfect shoe in just the right size. I thought I was just stopping in to window shop as I left brew works but Sheena’s knowledge was so impressive and extremely helpful
Went there for running shoes. I’m a new runner and I really appreciated the time that Jon took to put me into a shoe that fits my needs. We tried on many pairs and I gained some running knowledge and tips while there as well. The service was excellent, the people were great. I would highly recommend them. I left feeling great about my purchase.

We’ve shopped here a number of times and always had a good experience. I had a problem with the last pair I bought. We called and they said to come on in and exchange them. So we came in today during customer appreciation day and my husband won a $125 pair of shoes! I won a pair of socks and they exchanged my shoes with no issues!
Excellent experience today. This was my first time at the store. I had done some research on my own but went in with an open mind and am glad I did! Mark was exceptionally knowledgeable and there was no hassle or sales pitch to deal with. I left with a shoe I'm excited to further my running adventures in and didn't have to break the bank. Will recommend to everyone looking for a new set of shoes.

I started shopping here a while after I stared running. Not only do they have a great selection, but their customer service is second to none. I had a pair of Saucony shoes where the tread failed and they replaced them without hassle even though it was months after purchase. You don't get that from Amazon or Dick's Sporting Goods. Can you get shoes cheaper elsewhere? Sure, but supporting a local store who knows how to fit you and does have decent prices is worth it.

I literally just got home from buying my first pair of running shoes from Aardvark. I can't say enough about the level of customer service and the depth of knowledge I experienced getting properly fitted. Sheena was so sweet and knowledgeable. I work in retail and I know how trying it can be, but she was patient and showed genuine passion in what she does. I'll definitely be back after my next 300-500 miles! :)
