I purchased a bib number holder at their stand at the St Luke's Half Marathon and inadvertently left it on the table. When I returned home the next day I called them to explain what had happened. Although it was my fault, customer service could not have been better - they shipped the item to me and I got it the very next day. Thanks Aardvark!
