Josh, the technician who came to the house to troubleshoot & diagnose what the problem is with our HVAC/Lennox furnace/central heating system was very kind, honest, and skilled. The company provided this diagnostic service for free, and will send over an estimate of what a new motor + labor (to install) will cost. Integrity has a sound. Based on my interaction with Josh, and if he is a good representative of this company, I would recommend at least giving them a chance to offer an estimate of what a repair would cost.
I use their maintenance contract and it’s been great. Been using them for a couple years now, they are always on time, pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended.
Excellent service. Never does more work than needed - very skilled and very trustworthy.
