AARD was great, Rosie got back to me right away. Elizabeth was on it. Alan did a great job. I am so happy with AARD.
I originally gave 5 stars but I will need to change to 2 stars. This last July my AC unit was not working. It would stop and you could hear the AC unit humming as if it was going to turn on but it never did. It was an off and on thing. I was on vacation but my daughter was home so I asked AARD to please send someone to check it out. A technician came and I was able to speak with him on the phone and he believed there was a pressure leak but they would have to return to test it. I'll leave another review on this amazing company because you I can't review them enough . This company from the owner down to all of the technicians have never been anything but wonderful to us. Unfortunately we have kind of a bunk air conditioner system that this company inherited the honor of fixing they did not install it . They've been out five to six times in the last few months.
