The AARD team was great - the owner Rose sat down with me for 45 minutes to answer all my questions, told me her background in the industry, her staff kept in contact with me from start to finish, and she gave me a nice discount. The crew showed up on time, and worked 8-5 to get the job done - removed my old asbestos ducts, installed new ducts/vents, and installed a nice new efficient, quiet AC system at a nice price. Josh and Conner were so personable. I appreciated their kindness, honesty, and truly felt I could trust them. It was just a consultation, but I was sold, not only from them, but from the office assistant who was so kind on the phone. I will definitely be using their business for the removal of my AC and installation for a new one.
