I've taken several vehicles in. They have great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Steve was very helpful and answer all of my questions, which I had a lot. I would definitely recommend there service to anyone
I have to amend my great review because although they helped me to get a 2nd opinion & thoroughly looked over my truck before I took it to the dealership they DID NOT tighten the lugnuts on all of my tires & going down 1604 I lost my wheel on my 2010 tundra. After being towed I found out I was beyond lucky because ALL my lugnuts on my other tires were all Loose. I could have killed someone. I now have a police report that is being filed. I called up there & relayed what happened & Left message w/ my # & no one called me back... read more
TO ALL SERVICE MEMBERS IN SAN ANTONIO I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO AARCO TRANSIMISSION IN 2402 N PanAm Expy, San Antonio, TX 78208. THEY HAVE DONE A DIS-SERVICE TO ME AND MY DAUGHTER!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT CATER TO MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS LIKE MYSELF A 100% DISABLE VETERAN!!!! SO PLEASE ALL THOSE WHO SERVED DO NOT ELICIT THEIR SERVICES OTHER WISE THEY WILL HURT YOU AND FELLOW VETS!!! WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN SAN ANTONIO!!! PLEASE SHARE THIS TO ALL VETERANS AND PATRIOTS!!
