get stuff done when you say it will be done. dont take 5 months and make someone miss work, time with his 5 month old twin daughters, milk over 4,000$ that he can't even afford because he has a family a bills to p the owner says it will be done by good friday and gives his word it should be done!!!!!

I was on vacation in San Antonio when my transmission quit working, hotel recommended AARCO, it was near 500 pm, spoke with Rudy Perales, (great guy) in less than 20 minutes tow truck arrived, next day I explained I was a tourist and need help any extra day will cost me hotel and a car rental, he was very helpful put my truck ahead of other vehicles had the estimate in a few ours next day, even that place closes at 6.00 pm I had my truck back at 7:15 pm even Rudy said to me "Please call me when you get back home to make sure... read more
I wanted to thank Rudy Perales and his crew for good job on my transmission! Im impressed on the work and also the two year warrantee. I highly recommend these guys. He explained and thoroughly diagnosed the problem! Mr Rudy also kept in contact and I also was explained what they needed to do. It was upgraded to high performance as well! Kudos! Triple aaa! This was not paid advertisement. And approved by me! Lol
This place is horrible. I had my transmission rebuilt 2 Year’s ago and i was told it had a lifetime warranty so I took it back to them. Now they say none of my parts are under warranty and it would cost 2,500 to fix my transmission again. They also tried to tell me my truck needed breaks. Well little did they know 6 months ago I had new breaks put on and when I ask him about them wanting to put new breaks he told be he would go pull my truck apart so I could see my breaks. I got mad and told him no I wanted my truck back now... read more
