I am a contractor who was dealing with these guys and so sad to see that after spending 1000s of $$$, the first time I had a return, they gave me such a hard time and finally when they tried to resolve the issue, they wanted $6 to replace a defective part. I walked out of there with my defective product and swore never to step foot in that store and I’ve made sure everyone I know, knows to avoid this place. There are tons of other vendors who would treat their customers with much more respect.
The price is good for the contractor, and the staff are professional.
