Off to a bad start!!! First visit I arrive and they tell me doctor isn’t here, my appt was canceled ….no call to let me know! Took the morning off of work As a health care professional myself…this is unacceptable inexcusable They did offer for me to see the another doctor same day….i agreed Now, let’s see how this appt goes….ill come back to this review to edit and/or add I want to be hopeful, however, based on other reviews …not sure!
I am a health care professional and am truly impressed with Asthma & Allergy Physicians of RI, including the friendly and caring staff. They were incredible at fitting me in promptly. Dr Zwetchkenbaum (Dr Z), is a TRULY AMAZING physician and a genius at diagnosing patients. Now I have a treatment plan and am on a healthy path once again. This is top-notch patient care at its best. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!

Terrible patient communication and withheld my test results! I still haven't received them after 10 months. Staff was using slurs openly in the office when I checked in... should have taken that as my sign to RUN...
