Dr anUd has always been kind a d caring to me it takes awhile to get used to him. Then he is great he has helped my terrible pain. I think why patient get upset because they don't want to follow his advice.he knows what he is talking about as long as he is in Benicia I will continue to see him.Give him a chance you will eventually like him
Great secretaries, but a horrible doctor, and his setup with wait times is absurd, not to mention he doesn't really listen to your concerns, brushes you off, and moves to the next patient, since there are always 5-6 waiting. Highly advise being referred anywhere but here.
I was told my insurance would cover my injections. After several rounds of treatment(which did not help) I received a huge bill. When I questioned the bill, I was told that the delta bay surgery center, which is in the same building and owned by Anand, did not accept my insurance and I was responsible for the bill. Crook. Waited 1-3 hours after my appointment times to see him every time. Don’t let him exploit you like he did me.
