I had an emergency gate repair issue and AAPEX was GREAT! After initially calling, AAPEX responded immediately with an ETA of when they could get to my home. Avi should up on time, and fixed my gate in 20min. He was extremely helpful and taught me how to fix my gate going forward. Great Customer Service!

I was scheduled for service, no one called or showed up. I called an hour after they were supposed to be here to follow up and was assured someone would call me back within 10 mins. again nothing. I called again an hour later, nothing. After my 3rd follow up call someone finally called me back to tell me they do not service my area.... My day was completely wasted when I could have found someone else to fix my gate. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Came out to take a look at my home entry gate. Immediately changed the board without my consent, then said that I owe $1,600. Once I complained about how the operate as far as just doing the work without a consent, Eddy the technician called the office and they brought the price down to $1,200. I went on an paid it and was promised a 3 year warranty and a receipt of payment via email. After several calls to the company, no response. Also the gate stopped working again after a week. I called Apex to do a repair on my drive way gate. They came, looked at it and gave a very competitive quote, and even a 15% first cuatomer discount! The communication with Eddie was great and Rafael did an outstanding job with the welding, going above and beyond. I would use and strongly recommend Apex for anything related to your gate or garage needs.
