RecommendedWe had a plumbing emergency. Called their office they answered right away and had a plumber at our house in about an hour. He was clean, professional and very nice. Had all the parts on his truck to make the needed repair. He was efficient, kept his work area clean and left the repair area cleaner than it was before. He was done in less than 90 minutes and solved our problem. I will absolutely use AAP Home Services again and would recommend them to anyone.
Racist as boss name Tab And they overcharge you for stuff you don’t need
absolutely the worst office manager very rude. they installed a water heater and water treatment system. 2 1/2 years ago and also did maintenance on it less than 30 days ago. at first they told me i didn't exist until i showed the copies of recipes. then it was because of maintenance. I told the they did the maintenance . then they went to my house to evaluate the probem luis told me they were fixing the problem and not to worry. so the sent a company to evaluate the damage. now they state that because water psi is 85 to 90 ... read more
Outstanding customer service! David Hess thank you so much for your hard work ethic. He came to our home to fix both bathroom faucets and our front yard main valve shut off. We knew for years it needed to be replaced, now was the time. AAP has done previous work for us and never fails. Always on time, with a courtesy call letting us know they are on the way. What a scam! If I could, i’d give a ZERO star rating. I’m genuinely so upset with the service I have received. I was initially given a quote of $500, and I signed off on this amount. The person who came to our house went around the house looking at all the gas pipes and we thought he was working and we were happy, but he came out 4 hours late ter and said it can’t be done today and we need to repipe everything, so we said okay no problem, let’s get it done.
