They do a great job maintaining the property and enforcing rules, which is what any good property management company should strive for. Its not easy to have great customer service, especially in South Florida but their staff are always helpful and professional.
Whomever gives this company more than one star is either affiliated somehow with the company or being paid for to write a good review. Their employees at our community of Eden Isles is to say embarrassing for the board to hire such a company. Not only do they not give out the company's number in order to complain about constant errors on their behalf with payments but we in about a year have had three secretaries in which one of them the police had to be called because of her aggression towards elderly people. Great management company, everyone in the company including the owner are getting involved and get things done. Would recommend this company to everyone who needs a responsive and active professional Management company.
Every interaction I have had with the employees of this property management company has been nothing short of exceptional. They seek to find a solution to any issue that arises. Dominique is helpful and always hears me out. They manage a lot of properties and do well in my opinion. It is sad that only the few people with bad experiences want to take time to share their grievances.
Wow where should we even start.....Messed up company from the get go.....The Gates where I live had more property managers during the last year and half than ANY significant change at the Condo.....like 10 of them....all useless.....every time I go to the main 114 office is closed....like a big jokeee...Tuesdays and Thursdays open????? Give me a breakeee I had to take days off to go and meet the manager there only to have a sign at the door saying “they are closed”.....THE DAYS THEY ARE THERE!!!!!
