Stumbled upon this place post work, must I say - it was well worth it. Upon arrival, I met Chantal. She made the process effortless with her experience, technicality, attention to detail, and bridging connections. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a place to call their own!
Chantel is amazing! Very professional and responsive. She's also extremely kind (offering to drive us to our next appointment!!!) and I truly enjoyed working with her. Will definitely contact her again in the future if needed.
Chantel Is very nice . Helpful all the time , she found place for us put the price down , put the fee down and make us very happy. Let me give advice get all you documents for lease and money ready , here in Queens all owner of buildings or apt work with several brokers . If you like the place and come back tomorrow with money for it there is a great that place to be rented (its not the broker fault )
