These guys correctly diagnosed a problem that two other shops didn't, charged a reasonable amount for repair, and had me back on the road super quick. They were clear, communicative, and friendly throughout the whole process. I'll definitely use them again!
AAMCO Transmission was the first place that was on top of their game dealing with CarShield. Anyone else the first thing was $100 deductible so I’d just say just ask about your deductible but other than that communication was great with Kimsey, Miguel and Robbie. I had a transmission and transfer case taken care of through CarShield but handling everything and it being done in a timely manner was great.
Everyone was kind, truthful, and personable. The price was decent. My car has never run better.
I couldn’t recommend AAMCO more! The front staff are wonderful and kind. Their prices are fair and the service is quick. As a woman getting work done on her vehicle, I don’t feel taken advantage of price wise or treated differently. Such a great and comfortable place! Beep Beep, the shop cat, is an added bonus! Keeps the best company while you wait for your vehicle. Feed him treats and he’ll be your best friend!
These guys are phenomenal! They could have absolutely screwed me over and they chose to have integrity and honesty and presented me with options that inherently cost them the job, but was the right thing to do. I will most certainly be bringing my equipment back to these guys! Oh and they have a cat!
