My experience at this AAMCO location has been amazing. Mr. BJ is a wonderful person and he is an expert at diagnosing car problems. He identified the problem with my car just seconds after starting the engine. Mona at the front office is great as well. She offers exceptional customer service. Mr. Edwin was also great. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and the best way to repair it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

I am a forever customer here. I have frequented this location for 3 different cars over the years and I am always grateful for the fair price, the quality of service, and timeliness of their work. Plus, it is conveniently near the Silver Spring Metro station.

I’ve been to this location for more than 6 years , customer service was ok until I called today 7/9/26 to make appointment for a regular oil change ,I’ve never felt frustrated, disrespected and mistreated the way I’ve been treated. Who ever is on the other side of the phone ( receptionist) , she doesn’t fit the standard of that place , lied about the availability of the store owner and availability of the service, I’ve denied a service, decided not to show up that location , take my business somewhere else like I did today u... read more
