WOW is how I’d describe the them. Stupendous customer service! I was referred to this business by a mechanic at Walmart auto (which didn’t do transmissions). These folks are complete pros in terms of technical expertise, but their customer service was just as excellent and on par with big businesses. Tina was extremely patient with explaining the process to me, and I also had a chance to speak with BJ and Edwin (mechanic) who were wonderful as well. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. Technically adept to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Provides sensible work estimates and clarifies any concerns. Highly recommend this AAMCO service center.
