I was misinformed about a service. I asked for rear breaks and Tina agreed to that; however, she didn’t communicate (BEFORE charging) to me in order to get the rear brakes one needs to get rotors, also - because the two are one service . I paid for it, then realized I was charged for the rotors after hearing a noise from the tire rotation service and no air in my tires, from additional services, I received that day - that prompted me to thoroughly look at my receipt.
