Friendly, transparent, easy to work with.
My experience here was 100% satisfactory. Although my muffler was not covered by carshield, Aamco quickly patched my baby up. Upon notification from carshield, Cassandra, the manager gave me financing options. I was approved immediately. Aamco took a look at my car on Monday and had it repaired and back in my care by the next day. Thank you, Cassandra and the entire Aamco staff.
My car window wouldn’t go back up and brought it over to AAMCO. The team was very responsive and able to take my car right in. There was some bad snow weather coming so they housed my car in the shop as to not get the inside ruined from weather. The whole process was quick and the team communicated at each step. Quick turnaround and great service!
I just had my work done. I dropped it off on Monday at 9 and they told me they would diagnose the problem . They gave me a ride to Enterprise rental car. They called me with 2 hours and told me the bad news that it needed to be rebuilt but they had the parts on hand and could get it done by Wednesday . They were true to their word they had it done and I picked it up. All in all great job
