I brought my vehicle in because of a harsh jump from 1–2. The shop diagnosed it as a transmission problem and recommended a full rebuild. I agreed and spent over $7,000. Maybe the transmission did need repair, but the issue I originally came in for is still happening exactly the same. Only after the rebuild did they tell me it was actually an RPM surge. We had transmission issues and thankfully it was still under warranty. Aamco took care of absolutely everything. New transmission and they communicated with Carvana on my behalf and made the whole experience so easy. 100% recommend their services!
