I was surprised to see the negative reviews, not that they could be false but my experience has been always positive. They do quick work and the price is standard, in fact many times they have been better. I bring all my vehicles here and probably will continue to in the future. Everyone I have worked with has been professional and friendly. So I recommend giving it a try
Some good and some bad reviews so I thought I would give them a chance. The free computer scan leads to $85 complete auto scan so they exactly pinpoint the problem. The manager is a jerk. The mechanics are OK. It's more of a management issue. I will not go back.
This shop saved our road trip. During our trip from AZ to MI, the engine light went on and our motor was stalling a lot. We looked for a shop and they had a sign that said "free engine light check" and that was what we needed as we were on a super tight budget. They promptly found the problem,fixed it and had us on our way for shortly for a mere $ 58.00. They were polite, friendly and trustworthy. Don't hesitate to get your car repaired there. They know what they are doing.
Great service! Had to go in a couple times this past year and they offered me the best pricing compared to other local shops. They also are awesome at keeping me informed about what's going on with my car. I'm pretty lost when it comes to car stuff and they explain it very well. Very good at giving me a professional opinion and have been awesome to work with!
Be careful bringing your vehicles here. Also ALWAYS record everything they say because none of them, especially the manager, care to tell the truth when things go wrong. I have two vehicles messed up by them. Be careful if something messes up, they don't fix things properly leading to more expenses down the road (sometimes replacing the EXACT same thing), IF you can even get them to fix what they should in the first place. Really very very bad. The manager is not telling the truth when I go to that place. I would say he is lying from beginning to the end. I actually know the problem of my car. But the price he asked is much more than the actual price. And he tried to cheat me from beginning to end that the problem is very very big. So what should I say? Nobody is a fool even they seem to be like they do not know anything about the car.
Worst repair place in rolla, would not suggest it, they don't know what they're doing
