I took my van here today to be checked out decided after they said what needed to be done that I wasn't going to have them fix it he said we will pull it right up (Yes I drove it there and everywhere else daily!) They come back my car starter and key locked because of my theft system we were told it's not there forte that we had a bad key LMFAO I just had the dealer make that key and before they touched my car it drove and started just fine we asked if they could at least tow it to dealer no here's a number for tow truck did... read more

From the professionalism to the actual service work my experience was GREAT!! I contacted AAMCO on Rainbow Blvd with a scary history of dealing with auto repair service lies, cheats and crooks was my thought. YET!!! from the first contact with manager Steve I was walk through the whole process with care and patience ( and I can be a handful). My father's car was in need of service and he had seen an advertisement about AAMCO. He was visiting from LA and needed service right away. They had told him they are not open on the weekends (which they have Saturday hours listed) and Monday was the earliest day to repair his car. That was not going to work, because my father had to return to LA the next day.
