...very little assistance save excuses and no relevant service...AAMCO referred me to Neuman's Auto AC...some rip-off crooks...$1167 to upgrade an AC Compressor.
The reason why I gave one star is not because of the service it’s because of the guy at the front desk. I have tried going there three times and they have worked on two different cars of mine. And the work was done well and the prices are good, but the guy at the front desk needs to be replaced immediately. He is way too old for his customer service to be garbage. Im from out of town and my insurance company had my car towed here as my 2nd choice, (no room at the place i chose) they dropped it off at the property line between his business and the next as it was the only place the tow truck could fit... next day i got a quote way more than i could afford right now, so i told him id be back to pickup my vehicle this afternoon (i live 3 hrs away) and he threatened to have it towed if i didnt have it gone by the end of business hours.... i understand you have a business to run but i work ... read more
