Upon entering the dealership, I was aware that I required a new transmission. However, my dealership requested a second opinion. Charles has great customer service and worked with me and my time crunch. They got my car in and out in less than 3 hours for a double job thrown on them and they have a cute shop dog. 10/10
Paid for diagnosis - the diagnosis was wrong. Brought the car back and they didn’t even look at it again or remember who I was and when I asked for a specific service they declined and said I need a new transmission without even looking at the car again. Brought it to the dealer that was happy to take my $800 for a service that you missed out on, and my vehicle runs perfect. Refused to refund my diagnostic.
