Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I bring my Volvo in for just maintenance. I was starting a new job with a farther drive and just wanted to make sure everything was all good. I knew a few things needed to be fixed like my battery and my car outlets weren't working so I mentioned that. Jose came recommended to us and we felt safe going to him. Boy were we wrong. Excellent service and they were very honest. I went in there with some issues with my mini cooper. They hired me about $2k for a new alternator and an oil change. After putting in the alternator they realized that they had made a mistake and it needed a different fix that was $500 less. They fixed it, let me keep the new alternator for free including labor.
