I wouldn’t recommend anybody to this shop, they are very unprofessional and terrible at communicating with their customers. my car been at their shop 8 times within 1 year. they told me that my torque converter is what causing my transmission to lock up. the first time it went to them Greg Said that they put a whole new transmission and torque converter in my car. so it drives great.. ok cool we pick the car up and the same day literally it started the jurking the same day we pick it up. Greg and the team at Aamco were great! Greg walked me through the entire process and thoroughly checked all my codes to make sure they were providing me with the correct options for repair. Received my transmission flush on my 2017 Mercedes c300 and was very pleased with the outcome! I will definitely be a returning customer.
Would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for a comprehensive diagnosis. Rob provided excellent customer service. And to top it off diagnosis was free!!
They need more mechanics. It took almost 2 wks for them to tell me the battery was bad. Supposedly they're short staffed.
I do not recommend using this place at all for any reason! I’ve had nothing but problems, every time I get it back a new problem comes about that wasn’t there before. Rob the so called owner assures me every time that it’s fixed but it’s not. I would not allow them to rebuild a transmission or put a new transmission in for anyone! I’ve asked numerous of times for a refund or just for them simply just to pay a shop that I trust but no they won’t do it. This will make the 4th time going back to them trying to get it fix right.... read more
