I took my car to them twice, both after making appointments on their system. I filled out the details needed. When I arrived, I still had to tell them my name, and reason for visit. So whats the point in having to fill the info in if I'm going to have to explain it to you again in person? Both times, I explained hearing a scratching noise when accelerating.
