This shop is incredible and saved me a ton of money and hassle!! I have a 2015 Tahoe that started having shifting problems. After taking it to my “regular mechanic” and the dealer, I was told it needed a complete transmission at over $9,000!!! I just didn’t buy the whole thing was bad and decided to take it to a transmission specialist. I’ve had good work here and bad work, so keep your head up. This is about the bad work. I asked for the shop to replace the CV joints on my 2011 sienna. After the work, the CV joints started growling. I took it back to get it reworked and they cheerfully accepted the claim… – only to screw it up again. When I finally had the CV joints fixed at the Toyota shop, they said the aftermarket part was the wrong part and it was installed improperly anyway. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My car's alternator went out on Saturday after taking my kiddo to the fair. After getting my car towed to the shop, I was able to get in touch with the owner and he told me where to park it and to toss the keys in his night drop box. He said he would personally get the car inside the garage by the following morning. Within 48 hours my car was on the lift, and everything was replaced exactly how they said they would.
