Today had the transmission fluid service done on my Mercedes E-Class at AAMCO East Brunswick, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to German vehicles. I called in advance to make an appointment. I arrived “on time” 10AM with my vehicle for an oil change and tune up. I was promised a free inspection as well. However nothing was done for my vehicle for a full work day. 10am - 4pm with nothing done. I am a United States Veteran and I don’t like liars, thieves or shady businesses. This particular location in East Brunswick is NOT veteran friendly nor trustworthy or reliable. I recommend users seek other professional services for their auto repair.
Excellent experience at AAMCO! Enzo was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He completed my transmission service quickly and even let me supply my own fluid, charging just for labor. Honest service and great customer care would definitely recommend.
Customer service manager doesn't explain thinks to you. Basically if you don't ask they won't tell you. I'm told I have to wait a day to get an answer about my warranty!!! Supposedly the paperwork is in a different building. I wouldn't go here!! Ever since Christopher left Customer service went down hill bad!!!. I'm sure they are going to tell me it's not covered after pay 1,700 for new starter!!!! this place is a JOKE!!!!!
