Nice guys and very professional, The work on my van was done in a Timely manner and the Gentlemen were very communicative on all aspects of the repairs I have not have the opportunity to drive the Van long distance but so far she runs well

We brought in our Ford Focus because the transmission was failing. I first brought it to Pep Boys for a diagnostic, and the mechanic told me that it was, in fact, the transmission, but with these cars he never recommends repairing those. He basically told me to get a new car. I had it towed to AAMCO and they were fantastic. They never spoke to me like I couldn’t or didn’t understand what they were telling me. I dropped off my car on August 29, and it is now September 18. Initially, I was told the diagnostic would be complimentary. However, I was later informed that the insurance warranty company required an extensive diagnostic, costing me $189. Following this, I was told that lowering the transmission to identify the issue would cost $1200, with the insurance covering $600.
