Last week Tustin Hyundai informed me that my 2009 Genesis with 175,000 miles would need a new transmission. This repair would exceed $10,000. Since Bluebook is $4,500 it didn't make much sense to spend that much money on it. I was about to call a local charity and donate it for the write-off. First I was told that if I paid $150.00 they would diagnose the trouble with my car and tell me the total cost for the repair. I was then told everything could be fixed for $748.00. I approved the repair for $748.00. When I went to pick up my car it had the exact same problem. Then after 3 more days they told me that now they needed and extra $2,000.00 to fix the problem. I took my mustang to this shop and they treated me with great professionalism. The manager of the outlet made sure that I understood the costs involved prior to the work being done. I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great service at reasonable cost.

i just went in to have them do a diagnostic on my car and get an estimate on a valve body replacement and i walked out with my air conditioning not working, my "break" light on for no apparent reason and an ECL light on as well. i went back inside to let them know this had happened and they all were careless, one guy came out and checked my car, said i was low on break fluid and seemed not to care that my car was now making a beeping noise, a noise which continued on the whole way home.now not only do i have to deal with my ... read more
