The worst experience with a business in my 40 years of living. While taking our son to the U. AL our Expedition broke down at a traffic light but we were able to get it to AAMCO. The next day the manager (Rick) told me that we needed a new transmission. I agreed to put a used one in for $2900.00. We pick it up the following week and Rick said everything was good accept that it putted at a traffic light. My son had a trouble with his truck. I used an Aaamco in Birmingham so I told him to go to the one in Tuscaloosa. When he got there I had him call me and me and my daddy talked to the manager Bill. He was helpful and new a lot about cars. Good thing is it was not a transmission problem like my son thout. It was something esle and cost about $200. So I felt good about that and like that they treated my son so good. I told him to go back there anytime he had a problem with his truck.
