I paid $6000 paid it completely no payment plan paid it in full and it was the worst mistake ever. From day 1 problems put a transmission THAT DID NOT work in my truck and test drive it with a non working transmission then they didnt put any transmission fluid in it get the truck back and my brother noticed no undercarriage was replace so I had to go back and do that now the truck isnt shifting right had an appointment 8am and NOBODY THERE I call and the Manager says welp thats what it is. Please I beg the public; if your a woman, especially single moms and limited funds; this shop will only take your money and keep your car and make great hardships for you. They are slow, poorly staffed and just a lousy customer service.
Very quick service when appointments are made, responsive and efficient.
Called to get a price on a fluid change qnd got a song and dance of bla, bla, bla we have to get you in so.we can upsell you on what you dont need. Couldnt give me a simple price estimate.
