**SCAM BUYER BEWARE** Came in asking for a flush, the manual and the service guidelines call for a multiple drain and fill. Was charged 355 for a single drain and fill. I was notified but was charged the same price I was quoted for a flush. Gave me excuses for price and deviations form recommended service + other shops are cheaper!!!
I came in for a transmission service and was told they couldn't replace my gasket and filter. They could only change my fluid. They did discount my bill 50% but in return for $166 dollars I had a leaking pan with lose bolts, my fluid level was at the top off the cold line running the engine at temperature and below the cold line running the engine cold. Completely pleased with my experience at this shop. Not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, but they got my car taken care of in a timely fashion and under budget. I will absolutely be coming back here, and referring them to friends and family.
I was dealing with some stutter between gears on my civic brought it in for a diagnostic. Frank at the desk was great! Turns out it was a bad ignition coil! Never was I pressured to get my car serviced I’m pretty handy with my car I was recommended what parts to change and I did all 4 and put brand new spark plugs and problem disappeared!! Thank you guys for being honest and thorough! If I ever have another issue i will for sure be bringing my car back!
10/10! I am not the one that received service here, my daughter did. She purchased a car through Carvana and we weren't thrilled about having to use a shop that we had never used before to get warranty work completed. FRANK and LUKE blew the fear out of the water. As a young driver this was super stressful and uncharted territory for her and the way that you cared, kept her up to date and fought for what you felt was the best course of action...BRAVO!
